For your patients, it’s business as usual. They’ll continue seeing the same friendly faces, receiving care in the same location, and following their same schedule.
This merger happens mostly behind the scenes — strengthening our shared resources and systems to deliver even better service and access over time. As we align operations, we’ll introduce new conveniences like expanded scheduling flexibility, but there will be no interruptions to care.
The only visible change patients might notice is on their Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which may now list either Pure Healthcare or AleraCare as their infusion provider.
- What does this mean for our referring partners?
For your practice, it’s business as usual. You can continue sending and processing referrals exactly as you do today — no changes to your workflows or referral routing. Together, we now operate more than 75 locations across 14 states, and we’re continuing to grow. As new clinics open, we’ll keep you updated so your patients can access care wherever it’s most convenient for them.
- Where should we send patient orders?
Order forms remain available at both AleraCare.com and PureInfusionSuites.com.
Our teams will continue managing prior authorizations and supporting your patients every step of the way. - Will our Pure and AleraCare contacts change?
Not at this time. Please continue using your current clinic fax and phone numbers for all orders and authorizations. Your sales representative remains the same as well.
In areas where Pure and AleraCare territories overlap, both teams are already collaborating to ensure seamless coordination and support. If any territory realignments occur, we’ll communicate those clearly and well in advance.
Our top priority is maintaining the trusted relationships you already have with our teams.

No changes are planned. All current services — including infusion therapies, labs, and clinical protocols — will continue without disruption.
Patients will keep receiving the same high-quality care and support they’re accustomed to. As we grow together, we’ll explore opportunities to expand our offerings, but your current services and options will remain exactly as they are today.
